WOD:

#thunder and lightening

With a partner, complete the following for time.  Partion reps as needed.  1 Partner working at a time. 

300 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)

200 Box jumps (24/20)

100 Burpees

50 Med Ball Sit Up Toss with Partner

STRENGTH:  (15 min)

Push Press 5 sets of 5 reps
