20 KB Suitcase Deadlifts (10 R, 10 L)  *Scale to KB Dead Middle 

10 DB Floor Press  *Choose weight to allow 10 Heavy Unbroken

*20/15 Cal Row, 15/12 Cal Bike OR 200m Run after each round
