10-8-6-4-2: Deadlift (Rx 205/145lbs) Rx+275/185  *If not at Rx, use approx 60% of 1 Rep Max   **BeachFit will do Double KB Deadlifts

1-3sets x 12 Weighted Glute Bridges  (Rx+Glute Ham Raises)

1-3sets x 18 Barbell Good Mornings (Rx + GHD Back Extensions) 

1-3sets x 20 Hollow Rocks  (Rx+Med-ball GHD Sit-Ups 20/14)
