**Rx+ Start with a Round of 27, then 21-15-9

Target Time each set: sub 5 minutes

Time Cap each set: 8 minutes

10 Single Arm Dumbbell High Pull (each side) (moderate weight)
10 Single Dumbbell Arm Press (each side) (moderate weight)
10 Deadbug (each side)
1:00 Hollow Hold

Then drop the weights and performed 2 sets of 10 
~Use 60-65%+ of 1RM
(Rich’s weights: 375)

*Keep all reps unbroken, but controlled touch’n go
