Child’s Pose on Box: 2 Minute Hold  Video

Table Top Stretch: 1-2 Minute Hold Video

Lower Body Mobility

Spiderman Hold: 3 Minutes Each Side Video

Pigeon Pose: 2 Minutes Each Side Video

Pike Stretch: 1 Minute Video

Straddle: 1 Minute Video

Squat Hold: 3 Minutes Video

Rest Day or Supple Sunday WOD
