10 Push Press (95/65lbs) + 10 Jumping Squats (Scale to DB Push Press or Push Balls)
Rest 1 Min, then..
EMOM 10
10 Russian Swings (70/53lbs) + 10 Toes to Bar (Scale to Hanging knee raise or Ab Mat Sit Ups)
**Please discuss with a Coach your options for scaling. As with all EMOM’s we are looking for about :40 sec of work for each minute and to find a number that pushes us and not just comfortable.
