Min 1:  8-12 Toes to Bar  (Scale to Hanging Knee Raise or Weighted Ab Mat Sit Ups)

Min 2:  8-12 Box Over Jumps (24/20)

At the 15 min..complete

#boat race

3 Rounds:

500 Meter Row

400 Meter Run
