There will be no evening class/open gym on Thursday November 26th. We will have our 6-10am Open Gym and our 8am CrossFit class. 

WOD:

5 sets (1 Set every 3 Minutes)
100 Double Unders (150 Singles)
30 Push Ups

Target Time each set: 1 minute 30 seconds to 1 Minute 45 seconds

Time Cap each set: 2 minutes

Scaling option:
5 sets (1 Set every 3 Minutes)
70 Double Unders (Scale to 100 Singles)
20 Push Ups

10 Bird Dogs (with 2 second pause at end range)
10 Weighted Single Front Rack Dumbbell Lateral Box Step Ups (light/moderate) (each side)
