3 Burpees
*1 Lungester (Lungster = 1 Front Rack Reverse Lunge Left, 1 Front Rack Reverse Lunge Right, and 1 Thruster)
*Lungester can be done with either barbell 75/55lbs (Rx+95/65lbs) or dumbbells 35/20lbs
***Complete a 400m Run after every 10 Rounds ***
****Can be done with a partner too if that gets you both to come and WOD with us!! Run together, alternate rounds
