WOD:

E2MOM X 30 minutes:

1st 2min:  10 Hang Power Cleans + 10 Push Press (95/65lbs) Rx+115/75lbs In Remaining time after your last push press up to the 1:30 mark….Hold a Plank     

 *BeachFit will do 5 Ring Rows + 10 Pushups +15 Squats…then remaining time to 1:30 mark..Hold a Plank

2nd 2min:  Run 200m + 15 KB Swings (70/53lbs)

3rd 2min: 20 Wall Balls (20/14lbs) + 20 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Then back to the Hang Power/Push press…..
