10/6 Calorie Bike  **Scale to 8/4

100m Run (Driveway)

10 Ball Slams (30/20lbs)

* Athlete 1 will complete one full round, then switch. Athlete 1 will rest while Athlete 2 completes full round. Continue this way for duration of the AMRAP. Work hard and fast for your rest! 

**Can use Ski Erg if needed.  

***Depending on class size, teams can start where they choose and go in any order just as long as all 4 movements are completed.
