On the FS we are looking for 1 Light-Mod Set, 1 Moderate Set, 1 Moderate-Heavy Set. Quality movement and time under tension is most important!

FINISHER:

EMOM 8

1 Set of Strict HSPU *Scale to Inverted HSPU or Strict DB Press looking for 5 plus reps

*You can “go big” on your first set and have reps tail off a bit across the 8 minutes. Just stay far away from failure at any point.

BODYBUILDING:

Bench Press 6 sets: 8-5-5-3-3-1 reps

Alt DB Bench Press Alt. DB Bench 4 sets: 10 reps (each side)

Alt Incline DB Bench Alt. DB Incline Bench 4 sets: 10 reps (each side)

Band Chest Fly Resistance Band Chest Fly 4 sets of 12-15

Tri Press Down 3 sets of 12-15
