10 Rope Climbs *Scale is King Kongs or 25 Pullups
1 Mile Run
100 Burpees

3 sets of 10 Reps (Go up from last weeks sets of 10)

COMPETITORS:

(A) Build to a heavy single
(B) 2×2 @ 80% of today’s single

Gymnastics Conditioning
3 Sets:
5 Bar MU + 10 CTB + 15 Pull-Ups + 20 TTB
Goal is to go unbroken. Rest as needed between sets. Cut reps in half if needed.
