*If you have not noticed the benchmark pattern, we have “Cindy” today. It’s still recharge week, so more important than a PR is full ROM on all the movements. Chin clearly OVER the bar, Chest (and only chest) touches the floor every rep, and of course full depth on your squats.

Max Calories on Echo/AAB

*We really don’t care about how many Calories you actually get on the bike. It’s more about your ability to cycle Rope Climbs irresponsibly fast. If you get through the 8 climbs in :60 and are so tired you only get a few calories, it’s still a win. Make the reps about SKILL and not pulling ability.
