Max Rep TTB / Max Distance DB Overhead Carry down + DB Farmer Carry back (50Ft Down + 50ft Back 50/35s) Rx+HS Walk (or HS Hold)

*Alternate each full round with Toes to Bars then Overhead Carry + Farmer Carry for the next. (4 Rounds of each movement)

*Scale to TTB to either Hanging Knee Raise or Ab Mat Sit Ups
