How did CrossFit Open WOD 20.1 treat everyone?  If you are looking to give it another go we will be running heats starting promptly at 10am on Monday.  Remember:  Scores need to be submitted by 2pm Local Hawaii time.

2 Power Cleans  *BeachFit will do 10 KB Swings

Start at 60% of our 1RM Power Clean, and build from there to a heavy double for the day.
