WOD:

#partner rock the boat

30min AMRAP

(1 partner is always working while one is resting)

400m Run (Each partner will run a 200m Sprint)

500m Row (Each partner will Row 250m)  **If Assault Bike, Each Partner will bike 15/10)

6 Rounds of Cindy:  (Each partner will complete a full round before rotating.  Total of 3 Rounds of Cindy Each)

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats
