Bench Press (bodyweight/70%) Scale to Hand Release Pushups

Chest to Bar Pullups (Scale to Pullups, Jumping Chest to Bar, or Ring Rows

STRENGTH: (20 minutes)

Front Squats 5×5 @ 80% of 1RM

Squat Clean and Jerk 5×3 @80% of 1 RM

**Beach Fit Strength/WOD:

Every 2:30 minutes for 30 minutes:

5 Ring Rows

10 DB Push Press

15 Goblet Squats
