Battling Ropes

Perform all 8 intervals at the first station before rotating to the next.

STRENGTH:

EMOM for 10 min:  1 Back Squat, (Go up from last time we did this)

CASHOUT:

2×15 Close Grip Bench Press
2×20 Weighted Sit ups – feet anchored
