6 Chest To Bar Pullups  (Scale to Ring Rows) (Rx+ 1 Rope Climb

2 Bear Complexes – Bear Complex is Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + *Back Squat + Push Press  (Rx 115/75lbs) 

*Can do a 2nd Front Squat if behind the neck causes concern

BeachFit will do:

300m Row (Rowers taken do 300m Run)

6 Ring Rows 

5 KB Deadlifts + 5 KB Goblet Squats + 5 Pushups
