Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Kettlebell Swings (70/53lbs)
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
**Scale by cutting cutting reps in half to
10 Kettle Bell Swings
15 Push Ups
20 Sit Ups
25 Squats
And doing 2rds per each of the 5rds.
