Toes to Bar (Scale to Knees to Elbow or Dracula Sit Ups)

STRENGTH: (25 min)

5×5 Front Squats, Across (75% of 1RM)

5×3 Clean and Jerk (75% of 1RM)

**Beach Fit Strength WOD:

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:

5 Ring Rows

10 Pushups

15 Goblet Squats
