WOD:

#matter of time

Every minute on the minute for 24 minutes:

Min 1: 200m Run

Min 2: 10 Alternating Front Rack Barbell Lunges (135/95lbs) 

Min 3: :30 sec Plank (Rx+GHD Hollow Body Hold)

Min 4: 5 Hang Power Cleans + 10 Hand Release Pushups

CASHOUT:

Bench Press 5×5, across approx 70-75%
