In simple terms, CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity!

Everyday is different so you never get bored!  All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or an elite competitive CrossFitter.

All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow the same basic structure. A certified coach will guide you through warming up/stretching, followed by movement instruction with all scaling options and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout. 

Our CrossFit Classes consist of a Work Out of the Day, Strength component, and most days a Skill session or Accessory/Bodybuilding Finisher.  Thursdays are a Recovery/Recharge day which is perfect to move a bit, get sweaty and flush out your body. Saturdays consist of the high energy partner workouts! 


You’ll love our trainers and our exciting, quick, and new workout routines. On top of that, you’ll be able to benefit from one-on-one nutritional guidance, rounding out a fail-safe approach to fitness that may just shock you with the type of success you will quickly begin to see. We’ll provide you with support and accountability in your nutrition program to help promote weight loss.

Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, incorporating strength training into your routine is key. Having more lean muscle means your body burns more calories at rest.

The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both cardio and strength training. Cardio helps you burn fat, burn calories, improves your BMI, and control blood pressure. It helps reduce your risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. At least 20 minutes of cardio a day is recommended.

We offer open gym hours throughout the week. Drop into the gym outside of class times to work on technique, do additional workouts, or make-up a workout you missed. All open gym hours are supervised by a coach, ready to observe and correct form when necessary to prevent injuries. The most likely individuals to take advantage of open gym hours are experienced CrossFitters.

Open gym hours offers individuals an opportunity to continue their CrossFit journey without interfering with regular class schedules.

Upon re-opening Lahaina CrossFit will have available 24/7 access. 


At LCF, we don’t just focus on the hour you spend inside the gym. The other 23 hours you spend outside the gym are just as important! Healthy habits outside of the gym is where most of the magic happens. You know how the saying goes “Abs are made in the kitchen”. It’s pretty much true!
